GENERAL FAQs:

  • How long will my kids be able to play?

    Your admission grants all-day play access, unless there's a scheduled private party or special event. We'll inform you if any such events are planned for the day.
  • Do adults need to wear socks too?

    Yes, everyone must wear socks. DinoDash is a socks-only facility to maintain cleanliness. All guests are required to remove their shoes at check-in and wear socks at all times. We provide ample cubby space for shoe storage.
  • What if I forget my socks?

    Don't worry, we've got you covered. Socks are available for purchase at our front desk if you happen to forget yours.
  • Can I bring food and/or drinks in?

    Outside food and drinks aren't permitted unless you have a party reservation that allows it. However, we do make an exception for milk for infants and young children.
  • What if I get hungry?

    Our on-site cafe offers a variety of hot food, snacks, and beverages to satisfy your hunger and thirst during your visit.
  • Can I have a party without a reservation?

    Please understand we could not allow any party celebrations without a reservation. We do have multiple size party packages that could accommodate your needs.



  • Can I play in the inflatables with my child?

    For safety reasons, adults are not permitted in the inflatables. These play structures are designed specifically for children's use.
  • Is there a nursing area?

    Yes! We support nursing mother’s to feed your babies anywhere you see fit. If a private area is preferred, we’ve also created a comfortable space for you. Look for the Nursing Nook sign.

  • Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

    Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi. Feel free to bring your laptop and catch up on work while your children enjoy the playground.
  • Can I drop off my kids and pick them up later?

    For safety reasons, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. We don't allow unattended children in our facility.
  • Do your hours change often?

    We strive for consistency, but private parties and special events may occasionally affect our open play hours. Please check our calendar or social media accounts for the most up-to-date information.
  • Do adults and children have to fill out a waiver?

    Everyone entering our play area is required to complete a waiver. To save time, you can fill it out online before your visit.
  • How long does something stays in lost and found?

    We do our donation drop offs the 1st of every month. We will donate all unclaimed items unless contacted to hold onto it longer.



  • Can I leave and come back same day?

    Yes. Keep your receipt for same day re-entry. Be sure to let our front attendant know before exiting to ensure a smooth re-entry.



  • Can I go in the play structure with my children?

    Yes. As an adult, please do not run and jump in the soft-play structure. Leave those stunts to the kids. BUT you are not allowed in the inflatables.

PARTY RESERVATION FAQs:

  • Can I bring alcoholic beverages?

    No. Absolutely not.

  • Can I bring outside food and drinks with my party reservations?

    Yes. However, an outside catering fee will be added to your bill. Please see add-ons page for more details



  • If extra children show up for our reservation outside of what is booked, can they attend?

    Yes, it will be $15 per extra child

  • If I arrive late to my reservation, will I get extra time?

    No. Respectfully, we ask that you vacate your party room by the end of your reservation slot. You will incur a $75 fee for each 15 minutes you are over. You are welcome to play in the play area until we are closed.

  • What happens if I do not vacate my party room by the end of my reservation time?

    You will incur a $75 fee for each 15 minutes you are over. You are welcome to play in the play area until we are closed.



  • When could I come in to set-up for my party?

    You’ll be able to start setting up 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. Don’t mind us, we may still be cleaning from the previous party.



  • Can I bring in my own decor?

    Absolutely! The only things we ask that you avoid bringing in are bubbles, silly strings and confetti (including the balloons that has confetti in it). Please use pushpins or scotch tape to adhere to walls

  • When will the party food I ordered be served?

    A typical timeline for food is that it will be served around 1 hr and 15 minutes into the party reservation. If you would like it any other way, please let your host know.



  • When could our attendees check-in for the party?

    They will not be able to access the party room any earlier than your reservation time, but they are welcome to come as early as they please to play in the open arena.



  • Can the kids keep playing after our reservation has ended?

    Yes, play away! We only ask that you vacate your party room by the end of your reservation. If there is a private party facility rental booked, we will have to close early depending on the time it is reserved for. This will be communicated with you at check-in so that you could pass the message to your guests.



  • What happens if I have to cancel?

    Your deposit is non-refundable. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
